tiring!
Monday, June 13, 2005
Sigh. What a tiring day. Not in school today. Its either because I'm too tired, too lazy or the reason; my left ear is clogged. It's now all clogged because my relatives and I went swimming. Hah.Yesterday… My cousin came around 1pm to fetch us. She just sat and watched TV while waiting for my parents to get ready. My sister and I was hogging on the phone while my brother was busy with his playstation 2. Apparently, the people that my sister and I were talking with were Harsewak and Ricky. My sister got to know Harsewak from msn. Ricky, well, he's my ex. We basically talked crap. Ok. Crap. My sister then passed the phone to me. Harsewak started talking to me. Hah. He said his friend, half Malay, half Eurasian, wants to get to know me. I was like "If he wants to get to know me, why can't he talk to me himself?" and he said "He only saw your pictures and obviously he's shy about it right?" and I said "Whatever". Cynical. I passed back the phone to my sister and they disturbed her. Normal. She then passed the phone back to me, and (lucky I didn't get a heart attack), Harsewak asked something VERY disturbing, "Would you like to be my girlfriend?" My eyes popped out and my mouth was all hanging in the air. I said "I don't even know you" and he said "Never mind, after we get together, then we can get to know each other." There was a short pause, and I said, "Are you sick in the head?" and he said, "Asking you to be my girlfriend is also considered sick in the head?" I mean I find it VERY awkward to be together with someone I don't even know. Heck. He then told me to call him later. Seemed desperate. Whatever.
My whole family left around 2.30. Late huh. Hah. We went to Clementi Ave 5 for a while to pick up some stuff. Then we set off. When we reached Tampines, we went to a 7-11 store. My father wanted to buy ice but the whole container was empty. We then searched for another 7-11 store. Luckily, the ice container was full of ice. We reached Avilla Gardens at around 3.20. (Avilla Gardens is a condominium situated at Tampines). Not many people were there, only a few cousins. Ok. Around 9, I guess. Well, considered a lot? We just mingled around and had fun. After eating, we changed into our swimming suits, and went to the pool for a swim. Woohoohoo! FUN FUN FUN! Some of us were in buoys, so my elder cousins and I capsized them. Hah. It was damn fun. We then played "monkey". Those who became the monkey had to suffer. Hah. There's always my father and my uncle. We left the pool at around 7. Went for a bath at the nearby toilet. We switched on the sauna, let it heat up and went for a shower. Woohoohoo! It was fun in the sauna. I wonder why I can't survive Singapore's heat whereas the sauna is hotter? Must be the different sources of heat. We only used the sauna for 15 minutes, as we fear that people may be looking for us. Went back to the apartment and mingled with my cousin's laptop. Played her Itunes, watched our swimming video and then watched "ice princess" in her laptop. My cousin, Ashley (a guy), watched it with me. Hahahaha. How cute. A guy watching a girl's show. Hah. I fell asleep halfway because the room was too noisy with kids shouting and I couldn't hear what the show was talking at all.
We went home at about 9.55. My cousin fetched us home. Overall, it was fun! Hah. There are so many things to write but when laziness sets in, it can't come out.
